I was initially skeptical of this bulb design, but after seeing it first-hand I can say it is one of the better LED replacement bulbs on the market. I have tried nearly a dozen different LED bulbs so far, and this one is on par with the best of them in terms of light output and light spreading. Although the light is definitely cool and the warm-white version may be a better choice for home lighting, this bulb out-performs other LED bulbs in many incandescent fixtures and lamps because it is the right shape and produces light in all directions. It also lives up to its rating as a replacement for a 60-Watt incandescent bulb.
